Day of Service
Please note that your yard can be serviced anytime between the hours of 7AM-7PM. We do not offer set schedules and your date of service may change if needed. Customers are responsible for allowing access to the yard on the days of service. If you need to reschedule your service, we ask that you contact us in advance. Please note that if you decide to reschedule your service, an additional fee may be added if pet waste is not maintained. If for some reason we are unable to access the yard, you will still be charged.
Dogs
We love our dogs! The Doo Doo Crew would like to build a relationship with your pet while providing a clean secure environment for them. We may ask that an initial introduction is provided to help them feel safe. In some cases, your pet may not like visitors and that’s okay. If your dog has aggressive behaviors such as excessive barking, growling or jumping, we may require you to keep them inside for the duration of future services. Clients may be required to show proof of current vaccination records for safety purposes.
Weather
The Doo Doo Crew is here for you! We work in all types of weather unless it is too extreme. Heavy/constant rainfall and snow that exceeds more than 1 in will result in a possible delay/reschedule. You will be notified of the schedule change and we ask that you please be patient as we may have to postpone pick ups until your next scheduled visit.
No credit will be issued because we will have to clean up twice the amount of waste the following week.

If you are not completely satisfied within 24hrs of your service, please let us know. We will either come back to Re-Doo your yard and or credit that day's service. Fresh pet waste does not apply.
Payment/Start-Up Fee
We accept cash and debit/credit cards. You will be sent an invoice prior to the day of services, this must be paid before we complete the job. In addition, we offer automatic billing with a credit/debit card that you can set up anytime for your convenience.
Start up fees will depend on yard size, amount of dogs and how long it’s been since the waste was maintained.
*Pricing may vary depending on yard size. Rates are based on average size yards and can increase.
*Referrals - A $5 discount will be applied towards your service when you refer a new customer that signs up.
*Must be a current monthly customer to receive this promotion.
Holidays
We do not typically work the following holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we will come out the following week. No credit will be issued because we will clean up twice the amount of waste when services resume. You will be notified if there is a schedule change.
The Doo Doo Crew is closed all major Holidays in order for our families to enjoy time with their families.

Cancellation or Suspended Service
We understand if service is no longer desired, please notify The Doo Doo Crew with either an email, call or text as soon as services are no longer needed. If you need to suspend your service for a certain period of time (i.e. vacation, illness etc) please notify us in advance of your scheduled service. Note that if you decide to cancel and start up again, an additional one time clean up fee may be added if the pet waste has not been maintained.
Pet Waste Disposal
We will dispose of the waste in your trash bin. The Doo Doo Crew always uses durable bags to ensure a tidy clean up! If your trash bins are inaccessible we will leave the waste there, however if you prefer, we do offer to haul off the waste for an additional charge.
Yard Maintenance
The Doo Doo Crew requests that the yard be maintained from excess trash, grass cut regularly, excessive weeds removed, and be free of large amounts of debris and leaves. In order to effectively service the yard we must be able to have access to all areas for doo doo pickups. We can only pick up what is visible and accessible. If your yard is not maintained, we may not be able to remove all the doo doo. Please note that waste that has not been picked up for three months or longer, it may result in crumbles that are too tiny to pick up.
Gate Access/ Lockout
If your yard has a gate that is inaccessible, we ask that the gate code is provided or the gate is unlocked and we are able to enter at your scheduled pick up.
In the event that we are unable to service your yard we will notify you and if we are unable to resolve the issue we will return on your next scheduled day. You will still be charged for the visit even if we are unable to access the yard. After three missed pick ups, your services will be subject to cancellation without a refund.
Liability
The Doo Doo Crew and their employees will not be responsible for dogs that get loose due to broken gates or latches. We will notify you if we see that something isn’t working properly. Safety is our number one priority.
The Doo Doo Crew takes necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of infectious diseases that impact animals and humans. Before and after each service, crew members will sanitize all tools and shoes. Although our crew members are highly trained in disinfection techniques, there’s always an inherent risk of transmitting harmful bacteria or viruses. The Doo Doo Crew will not be held liable.
In the event your dog is experiencing symptoms of illness, we highly recommend that you take them into the veterinarian for an examination. Please notify us if you suspect any concerns with your pet.
Service Agreement/Contracts
We do not require contracts, however we do have terms and agreements that you acknowledge and accept upon starting services with The Doo Doo Crew to ensure the safety of all parties.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that The Doo Doo Crew is not liable for the transmission of illness, injury, and even death. These terms of service contain the entire understanding and agreement between both parties. By contacting The Doo Doo Crew, you consent to communications via SMS, phone call, and or emails unless otherwise requested.
In the event that you need to add or remove a pet, please inform us as soon as possible, in order to adjust your bill accordingly.
The Doo Doo Crew LLC has the right to temporarily change service days as needed based on service route changes. Customers will be notified by phone or email of any changes in service times, dates or prices. If you are missed due to circumstances beyond our control we will contact you to reschedule.
Prices vary and may be subject to change without notice. We have the right to refuse or cancel services at any time.
Please note that larger dog breeds, larger yards, and dogs that have consistent irregular doo doo such as diarrhea/throw up will be subject to an additional fee and may not be eligible for services.
