We do not require contracts however we do have terms and conditions that you acknowledge and accept when starting services with The Doo Doo Crew to ensure the safety of all parties.
You will be sent an invoice before services begin, this must be paid before we complete the job. If you prefer, you can also pay via cash, card reader, or Zelle at the time of the appointment.
Currently we offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one time pick-ups.
We offer pet waste pick up or removal for an additional fee and cat litter box cleanings.
Yes, your pet goes doo doo everyday, multiple times a day! Did you know that the average dog excretes 3-4 lbs of waste per day!? That’s 274lbs of waste per year. We run year round so you don’t have to do the doo doo job. We do not typically work the following holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we will simply come out the day before/after or the following week. No credit will be issued because we will clean up twice the amount of waste when services resume.You will be notified if there is a reschedule or postponement of service.
The Doo Doo Crew is closed all major Holidays in order for our families to enjoy time with their families.

Yes, If your yard has a gate that is inaccessible, we ask that the gate code is provided or the gate is unlocked and we are able to enter at your scheduled pick up.
In the event that we are unable to service your yard we will notify you and if we are unable to resolve the issue we will return on your next scheduled day. You will still be charged for the visit even if we are unable to access the yard. After three missed pick ups, your services will be subject to cancellation without a refund.
We will triple check that your gate has been locked. Safety is our number one priority!
Yes we do love our dogs! The Doo Doo Crew would love to build a relationship with your pet while providing a clean secure environment for them. We ask that an initial introduction is provided to help them feel safe. In some cases, your pet may not like visitors and that’s okay. We just ask that you keep them inside during your scheduled time for service.
We understand if service is no longer desired, please notify The Doo Doo Crew with either an email, call or text as soon as services are no longer needed. If you need to suspend your service for a certain period of time (i.e. vacation, illness etc) please notify us in advance of your scheduled service. Note that if you decide to cancel and start up again, an additional one time clean up fee may be added if the pet waste has not been maintained.
The Doo Doo Crew is here for you! We work in all types of weather unless it is too extreme. Heavy/constant rainfall and snow that exceeds more than 1 in will result in a possible delay/reschedule. You will be notified of the schedule change and we ask that you please be patient as we may have to postpone pick ups until your next scheduled visit.
No credit will be issued because we will have to clean up twice the amount of waste the following week.
We will dispose of the waste in your trash bin. The Doo Doo Crew always uses durable bags to ensure a tidy clean up! However if you prefer, we do offer to haul off the waste for an additional charge.
You will be assigned a clean up day based on your zip code. Please note that your yard can be serviced anytime between the hours of 7AM-7PM. We do not offer set schedules and your date of service may change if needed.
The Doo Doo Crew employees will be wearing an identifiable uniform that represents The Doo Doo Crew. We will send you a text message prior to your appointment and once services are completed.
